I have had problems with my oil boiler since last summer after we had a new burner fitted, numerous heating guys have looked at it to no avail.
I heard about Noel from a friend, so I called him, explained my problem that the boiler was misfiring and smokey.
He called on time and within one hour he had finished, he told me that It would need a minor service on the next fill. I was sure the boiler would give us more trouble, but even during the cold weather the boiler never let us down.
The boiler was serviced again at the end of Feb.
Noel explained that that the burner was most likely set for Kerosene where I had been using oil, thus the smokey problems. I was amazed to see little soot he removed after the second service.
